Patient presented with failing bridge restorations on the right side, and root fractures on the left side. None of the teeth involved were savable, and the patient opted for 8 implants with implant-supported fixed restorations, which took about a year from start to finish.
Tooth fracture had caused the bottom molar to only have its roots. The root tips were extracted and an immediate implant surgery was done, followed by a final crown after a few months.
